This is a warning just to let you know that trading is about to reach "end of day". The main thing to note about this time, is that spreads tend to be temporarily higher around this time.
Monday through Thursday, this just means a new trading day will begin, and the next session starts. (Note that this will cause a small swap fee to be placed on any open trades carried through the "End of Day" to "the New Trading Day" -- which is typically known as "End of Day Session Change Over".
On Friday, this means the entire trading week is over, so you would want to consider whether or not you are going to leave any trades open over the weekend. (Note that leaving trades open over the weekend can cause a small swap fee to be placed on each open trade).
This is to warn you about trading during what is typically known as "End of Day Session Change Over". The reason for the warning is because spreads can be temporarily higher during this time, and in some cases can be less profitable to take trades (depending on the spreads).
